How do I return an item? All sales are final. Products cannot be returned to Brandedlots.Com unless the product has a defect. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is required before returning any goods.Claims need to be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for packing the product in a suitable manner to ship back and for any freight charges when sending the products back to our facility. For any returned merchandise Brandedlots.Com will give credit for an exchange or future purchase. We DO NOT give cash back. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
